The living area provides additional flexibility with two sleeper sofas, each capable of sleeping two guests.

Designed for both relaxation and entertaining, the home features an open-concept layout with abundant natural light. The living space is equipped with a 55-inch cable TV and high-speed 500+ Mbps Wi-Fi. The dining options are versatile, featuring a table for four, breakfast bar seating for three, and a high-top table perfectly situated by the window for watching the sunrise. The fully stocked kitchen is a chef's delight, boasting a five-burner gas range, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig K-Duo, electric tea kettle, toaster, and blender.

Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early arrivals or late departures may be requested in advance and are charged at $10 per 30 minutes. This property is pet-friendly for up to two dogs (maximum 20 lbs each) with a non-refundable $150 one-time pet fee. The minimum age to book this property is 21.
