Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. A rental agreement is required for all stays. This is a pet-friendly property; however, a $75 non-refundable pet fee applies. This fee is not included in the initial payment and must be paid via credit card to Towns Property Management, Inc. prior to check-in to avoid reservation cancellation. Access to the secured building is provided via a unique PIN. Regarding parking, there is exactly ONE dedicated parking spot for this condo; any additional vehicles must park elsewhere with no exceptions. Please note that vehicles must not exceed 7,000 lbs; large trucks, RVs, vans, trailers, or boats are strictly prohibited.
