This is designed as a quiet spiritual space perfect for clean, respectful guests seeking a peaceful retreat rather than a party venue. Please note there are no separate bedrooms - sleeping is on futons as shown in photos.

Important Safety Information: The loft area requires ladder access and poses inherent fall risks. Maximum two persons allowed in loft at any time. Children should not be left unattended. No horseplay permitted in loft area. Never attach items to any part of the loft structure to prevent strangulation hazards.

Security cameras are actively installed on the exterior for guest and property safety, recording both video and audio. Any tampering with security equipment may result in immediate eviction without refund and potential loss of deposit.

By booking, guests acknowledge and accept all risks and agree to hold harmless the owner from any claims, damages, or attorney fees related to property use.

This is not a party house. Please be quiet if arriving after 10PM to be respectful to our neighbors with children. We would prefer that you drink downtown but if you decide to drink here please limit your consumption so you can maintain appropriate behavior for the space. No smoking, vaping, or drugs anywhere on the property. There are only two parking spaces on the street in front of the house. You can park in front of the swing area or directly in front of the rock star rock garden. Please do not park in the driveway or have additional cars. Thank you so much for agreeing to respect the space and our house rules.

To prevent strangulation, never attach or hang items to any part of the loft; for example, but not limited to, belts, hooks, jump ropes, and towels. RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS FROM RISKS. As a condition of booking this ROOM/APARTMENT/LISTING, Guest hereby releases and holds harmless the Owner, its officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, and contractors from any claim, demand, loss, liability, damages, and attorney fees and costs whatsoever arising from, related to, or resulting from these RISKS, including those caused by the negligent acts or omissions of those released herein, and agrees to indemnify Owner for any claims for injuries to those allowed in the ROOM/CONDOMINIUM/LISTING by the Guest.

Anything that you feel needs to be washed. Please pile in the middle of the floor. Sometimes we can't tell what bed was slept in so leaving the linens helps us know what was used.
