• By booking, you authorize Awaysis Rentals, LLC to send text messages and emails with details regarding your reservation information and other offers. Message/data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• All the amenities outside of the unit (pool, grills, gym, convenience store, laundry, etc.) and the internet/Wi-Fi are managed by the resort. Therefore we do not guarantee nor are we are not responsible for their cleanliness or availability. If there are any issues please reach out to us. We do not issue refunds if amenities outside of the unit are unavailable for any reason. House Rules: ✔Minimum Age: The booking guest must be at least 18 years of age to check-in. Security will request an ID upon arrival. ✔ CHECKOUT/CHECK-IN PROCESS. Check-in time is 4PM EST and checkout times are 11AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up). Ex. if you have not left by 11:45AM you will be charged $70. Depending on availability and subject to the team's approval, you can request for an early check in or late checkout. For early check-in and late checkout requests, the fee is $20/hour when approved in advance and paid before check-in/checkout. As a reminder, we do not guarantee early check-in or late checkout ever. It depends on our booking calendar and cleaning schedule. ✔ SMOKING. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside any of our rentals. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, we reserve the right to charge a $250 penalty. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without any refund and charge a $250 penalty. ✔ LOCKOUTS. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries) we reserve the right to charge a $125 fee for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. ✔ Fees Breakdown:
• Cleaning fee (maintenance and housekeeping)
• Service fee helps cover the cost of secure transactions, product development, and 24/7 customer service.
• Resort fee usually covers the cost of providing certain amenities to guests, such as the pool or fitness center, Wi-Fi, toiletries, and other property maintenance costs. -Taxes such as VAT, city and sales tax.

• Please note that fees may not be included in the total when booking through third-party platforms. We reserve the right to collect these fees separately "IF" they are not reflected in the initial booking total. ✔ PAYMENT PROCESSING FEE. ALL TRANSACTIONS, including refunds, will incur a 3.7% processing fee applied by our payment processor; this fee is not refundable.

• Sailport permits Emotional Support and Service Animals with prior notice, written approval from the Manager, and supporting documentation provided to security upon arrival. A $100 pet fee applies. Pets are not allowed on beds or couches. Unauthorized pets incur a $250 penalty per pet and possible reservation cancellation without refund. Guests must clean up after pets; failure to do so results in a $50 penalty. Regular household pets are not allowed. Manager reserves the right to remove any pet for inappropriate behavior. ✔ ITEMS LEFT BEHIND. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $15 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to left items once the guest has departed. ✔ WEAPONS. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, we do NOT ALLOW any lethal weapons on our properties. A violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. If granted permission, the weapon must be licensed and safely secured at all times. ✔ We reserve the right to approve date changes requested outside the full refund window. If approved, a "date change fee" of 10% of the total reservation (including fees and taxes) or $100—whichever is less—will apply, with a minimum fee of $35. This applies only to stays of 5 nights or less. Longer stays may have different fees and restrictions. ✔ NOISE POLICY: Please note that weekday daytime noise (Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM) is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations and other activities, which are unpredictable and beyond our control. While we do our best to inform guests of potential noise in advance, we cannot guarantee a noise-free environment and do not issue refunds for such disturbances. Thank you for your understanding. ✔ TV Subscriptions & Apps Guests are required to log in and out of their own accounts when accessing streaming services or smart TV apps. Please refrain from launching or purchasing any new subscriptions on the TV. Any unauthorized subscriptions or charges will be billed back to the guest at the cost of the subscription plus a $25 service fee. ✔ A/C Instructions: Please keep the thermostat set to “AUTO” mode and do not set the temperature lower than 71°F to prevent system issues. The resort fee is a damage waiver that covers up to $500 in damages during your stay (excluding linens, towels, and small decorative items). This is instead of having to pay a damage deposit of $500 and have a credit card on file. Guest may still be liable for damages beyond $500 or those not covered by the waiver. ITEMS LEFT BEHIND.
