-Do not park vehicles in Chicken Alley (runs parallel to Carolina Lane) -$100 fee shall be charged if guests leaves premises later than the designated checkout without communicating need for late check out -Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am -If law enforcement is called upon, due to incidents caused by the guests or guests of the guests, every occupant may be evicted without refund -communicate with immediacy by contacting the host in the event of any concern -Excessive cleaning, due to neglect or abuse of the property will result in additional fees. -Do not block Carolina Lane for any reason and do not park where there are red lines. -Your reservation must include the correct number of guests and dogs. One (1) dog is permitted. A second requires Host approval before arrival. -Every dog must be declared and added to your reservation. Each approved dog is subject to the published pet fee. Unauthorized pets may result in fees, charges, cancellation, or removal. -This is a dog-friendly property. Cats and other pets are not permitted unless approved by the Host in writing prior to arrival. -Dogs may not be left unattended inside or outside the property at any time. -If your dog barks continuously for more than 15 minutes or we receive a noise complaint, address it immediately. A second complaint may require removal without refund. -Pets must remain under the control of their owner. Dogs should be leashed outside unless they are within a securely fenced private area. Guests must follow local leash laws. -Guests are responsible for pet-related damage and additional cleaning due to excessive hair, stains, odors, waste, or other conditions beyond normal housekeeping. -Please bring your own dog towels, food and water bowls, bedding, crates, and other supplies. Do not use property towels, linens, blankets, or household items for pets. -Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds. If your dog is accustomed to furniture, bring protective covers to prevent damage and excessive pet hair. -All dogs should be current on flea and tick prevention prior to arrival to help protect the property and future guests. -Please prevent your dog from scratching doors, chewing furniture, digging in landscaped areas, or causing damage to the home, furnishings, or grounds. -All dogs should be healthy, house-trained, and free from contagious illnesses. The Host may require removal of any pet that poses a safety risk. -Failure to comply may result in additional charges, removal of the pet, cancellation where permitted, and may negatively affect your guest review. -Guests must promptly pick up and properly dispose of all pet waste from the yard and surrounding property.
