The living area serves as a versatile space for guests, featuring a two-person sleeper sofa, two swivel barrel chairs, and another 55-inch cable TV. A floor-to-ceiling sliding glass window opens to let in the fresh Asheville air, making it the perfect spot to watch the sunrise as the city comes to life.

The open-concept kitchen is perfect for entertaining and includes a breakfast bar that seats four, which can transition from a multifunctional workspace to an intimate dining venue. The space is fully equipped with a five-burner gas range, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig K-Duo, electric tea kettle, toaster, and blender. To give you a taste of the local culture, the coffee station is stocked with local coffee and tea from Dynamite Roasting Co and Asheville Tea Company.

The bathroom offers a private enclosed toilet area and is stocked with hair dryer, towels, and a variety of complimentary essentials. For added convenience, an in-unit stacked washer and dryer with starter detergent is provided.
