• Smoking: Strictly prohibited (all types); $350 fine applies
• Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 10 AM per city ordinance
• Parties and events are not permitted
• Pets: Dogs are welcome (maximum of two); cats are not permitted. A $120 pet cleaning fee applies, or a $250 charge if brought without prior payment. Dogs must be crated when unattended and are not allowed on furniture or left outside unsupervised.
• Security: External cameras are located at entrances for peace of mind; no cameras are inside the home.
