All guests must sign a rental agreement and may undergo background screening. Check-in begins at 4 PM (may extend to 7 PM for same-day bookings), with checkout at 10 AM. Late checkout incurs fees up to $75 per hour. Pet fees apply: $25 per night (1-4 nights), $200 (5-29 nights), or $300 monthly (30+ nights). Undisclosed pets result in $200 daily charges. Texas wildlife may occasionally appear indoors seasonally. Smoking violations carry $1,000 fines, and lost keys cost $150 replacement fees. Video surveillance monitors public areas, and noise detection technology operates in common spaces.

Check-in is at 4 pm. Checkout is at 10 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be available upon request for a fee. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses, up to $75 per hour after 10 am.

Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including on balconies and in shared spaces. Smoking violations are subject to a $1,000 fine, which includes the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages.

Commercial business work without written consent, illegal activity, and possession of firearms are strictly prohibited.

Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed.

Pets must be disclosed on the reservation guest count in the platform and approved in advance. No cats. Please note that the pet fee must be paid in order for the check-in instructions to be released. Undisclosed pets will be charged at $200 per day. You are responsible for picking up after any pet brought to the property.

Guests are responsible for covering the cost, which is $150 per item, to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.

We may use video surveillance in public areas. Noise detecting technology may be used inside the property in non-private spaces to monitor excessive noise levels. Noise detecting technology does not record audio. Tampering with these devices is strictly prohibited.

Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to customer service.
