The sleeping arrangements consist of one bedroom located in an upstairs loft, which is accessed via a ladder and houses a luxurious king-size bed where you can revel in views of the horse pasture. The main floor offers a snug, open-plan living area with a comfy sofa and modern entertainment options, alongside one full bathroom boasting a walk-in shower and essential toiletries.

While this home is diminutive in size, it is filled to the brim with thoughtful details. The fully-equipped kitchenette allows you to prepare meals with ease using a refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, toaster oven, and drip coffee maker.

Step outside to discover the heart of the farm. Guests have exclusive access to a wealth of outdoor amenities, including a charcoal BBQ grill for whipping up feasts, a fire pit for roasting marshmallows, and a leisurely hammock nestled under the trees. You can also engage in a real farming experience with the resident animals, which include horses, a mini pony, donkeys, emus, fainting goats, rabbits, peacocks, and plenty of ducks and chickens.

You are just a quick 5-minute drive from local grocery stores and restaurants, and only 20 minutes from downtown Asheville, providing easy access to the Biltmore Estate, the Basilica of Saint Lawrence, and the River Arts District.

• Parking: Plenty of free parking available, accommodating large vehicles such as RVs, horse trailers, and utility trailers.
• Pets: Dogs are welcome with a fee of $20 per dog per night (some sources mention $25; $20 is the standard fee). All pets must stay off furniture.
• Rules: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Smoking is absolutely prohibited inside. No parties are allowed, and all visitors must be approved by the host.
• Compliance: A signed rental agreement and ID verification via Happy Guest are required for all stays.
