• Pets: Well-behaved dogs are welcome. A fee of $100 per dog and a refundable $250 deposit are required after booking.
• Long-term stays are welcome; please inquire about special mid-term rates for stays exceeding 28 days.
• Housekeeping is available at an extra cost.
• Note: A long-term tenant resides in the main house. While yards are separate and fenced, occasional barking may occur.
