Peaceful Peak House Rules

We want you to have a relaxing and enjoyable stay! Please take a moment to review our house rules to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.

🚭 Smoke-Free Property Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the property. A $500 cleaning fee will apply if smoking is detected inside the home.

🚗 Guests & Parking

• Guests are welcome!
• Please use the designated parking area in front of your unit.

🎉 No Parties or Events

• Large gatherings and parties are not allowed.
• Evidence of unauthorized events will result in immediate eviction without a refund.

🐾 Pet Policy

• Up to two dogs allowed with a one-time pet fee. 50lb limit.
• Pets must remain leashed outdoors, except on the back deck.
• Please clean up after your pets and be mindful of our two rescue dogs on the property. Phoenix is a 45lb Aussie, and Maple is a 15lb puggle mix.

🔇 Quiet Hours & Security

• Quiet hours are 12:00 AM – 7:00 AM.
• Exterior security cameras are in place for safety.
• One Ring camera is located at the main entry door.
• Another camera is on the owner’s private residence.
• A third camera is on the garage facing the parking area.
• There are NO cameras inside the home, in the backyard, or near the firepit.

📍 Directions & Parking

• Free on-site parking is available.
• Follow the provided directions and watch for wildlife when arriving.
• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM

🧹 Respect the Home

• Do not use white towels for makeup removal.
• Follow check-in and check-out times so we can prepare for the next guests.
• Treat the space with care, just as you would your own home.

🏕 Outdoor Spaces

• Enjoy the fire pit, deck, and yard responsibly.
• The owners may be on-site for yard work or maintenance.
• While we provide smores kits for guests, we are not responsible for food-related concerns.

🔧 Report Any Damage

• Please report any damages immediately so we can address them quickly.
• Minor issues can often be handled by our maintenance team.

👶 Child Safety

• The home is not child-proofed—parents are responsible for their children's safety.
• Children must never be left unattended in the pool or hot tub area.

🐾 Wildlife Awareness

• Wildlife is common on the property.
• Do not leave food outside or attempt to feed animals.
• Enjoy nature, but stay cautious.

🛁 Hot Tub Rules

• Follow all spa rules to avoid additional cleaning fees.
• Report any issues before check-out.
• The hot tub is for adults only (limit of 4 people at a time).
• To open the hot tub, fold the front cover over and use the arm to lift it.
• Please leave the cover closed when not in use to prevent heat from escaping.
• You may remove the bromine floater during use, but ensure it is returned before closing the lid.
• Self-tanner is not allowed in the hot tub.
• Guests use all amenities at their own risk and agree to hold hosts harmless.

🛁 Hot Tub Maintenance

• Weekly hot tub maintenance will be scheduled, and we will confirm with you before arriving.

🏊 Pool Rules & Availability

• Pool hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM during the season.
• Children must never be left unattended in the pool area.
• Guests use the pool at their own risk and agree to hold hosts harmless.
