The interior includes an open-layout living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, alongside a full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience.

Outdoor living is the heart of this resort-style experience. Guests have access to a large, Mickey Mouse-shaped heated saltwater pool and an attached spa. The grounds are designed for relaxation and recreation, featuring multiple lounging areas, a putting green, and a giant life-size chess board. For water enthusiasts, the private dock on Vista Lake provides opportunities for fishing and wildlife observation, with kayaks available for exploring the lake.
