The sleeping arrangements include a master bedroom with a king-size bed and direct pool access, a lakeside bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom featuring two full-size beds. The home's ground-level layout includes wide doors and low-threshold showers, ensuring a comfortable stay for guests of all ages.

Outdoor living is the heart of this resort-style experience. Guests have access to a large, Mickey Mouse-shaped heated saltwater pool and an attached spa. The pool area is complemented by multiple lounging zones, a putting green, and a giant life-size chess board.
