The oversized primary suite serves as a tranquil retreat with a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a smart TV, with direct access to the private balcony. The second bedroom provides flexible sleeping arrangements with one queen bed and one twin bed, along with its own smart TV. For additional guests, the cozy living room includes a pullout sofa and a cable and smart TV, with sliding glass doors that open to the views outside.

Prepare home-cooked meals in the well-equipped kitchen, which features a dedicated coffee bar. For your convenience, a spacious linen area containing a washer and dryer is located just off the kitchen. To ensure a seamless stay, the building elevator makes transporting luggage and beach gear effortless.

The property is located on Level 5, accessible via stairs or the elevator from the garage. To maintain the environment, A/C is restricted to a minimum of 70°F. Basic starter supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) are provided but not replenished. Parking includes one assigned space with limited guest parking available on a first-come basis. This is a pet-free property, and guests must be 25 or older to book. Please be aware that trailers, RVs, and golf carts are not permitted, and the fireplace is not available for use. During the July 4th week, the association may require wristbands for amenities, with a maximum of 6 issued per group.
