Important Guest Notice: The elevator modernization project in Tower 1 is complete and all elevators are fully operational. However, please be aware that the Ocean Sands resort will undergo a structural and garage repair project from August through December 2026. Guests in Tower 1 should expect some noise, dust, and vibrations during daytime working hours. Additionally, the Tower 1 second-floor garage will close for approximately 1 to 2 weeks at the start of the project, followed by repairs to the first-floor garage. During these times, your assigned parking spot may be unavailable, and you will be asked to use first-come, first-served parking in front of the building.
