This single-level home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms with King beds, one bedroom with a Queen bed and an attached full bathroom, and a pull-out Queen couch in the living area for additional guests. The second full bathroom is conveniently accessible from the hallway.

Step inside through the bright orange front door into a stunning and cozy living room with a plush sectional couch and a large coffee table perfect for game nights. The open-plan layout flows into a beautiful dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen featuring a stove, oven, dishwasher, and drip coffee machine. For entertainment, a dedicated game room with a ping-pong table awaits your competitive spirit.

Outside, you will find an incredible backyard oasis. Enjoy the saltwater crystal clear pool, which includes a built-in shallow shelf for relaxing. The outdoor space is further enhanced by a putting green, nest chairs, lounge chairs, and a grill area ideal for family gatherings, all enclosed by a privacy fence.

Situated smack dab in the middle of everything Sarasota has to offer, you are just 10 minutes from downtown and the world-famous white sands of Siesta, Lido, and Longboat Key beaches. The home is walkable to the charming Pinecraft Village and central to the trendy Hillview area and Sarasota Bayfront. For eco-friendly exploration, the complimentary Bay Runner open-air trolley provides easy access to St. Armands Circle and beyond.

HOUSE RULES

Hi there! We can't wait to host you during your stay! However, we do have to enforce some rules for the safety of our abode and our lovely neighbors who we work diligently not to disturb.
1. All local Sarasota residents must communicate with the host BEFORE booking.
2. The occupancy limit for this property is the same number of guests as your reservation at all times. Violation of this could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without refund
3. No parties, no loud music, no boisterous behaviour.
4. Renters will respect and follow all rules as outlined in the House Rules Section.
5. Renters agree to not contact the host until they have read the House Manual. Will be sent 2 days before arrival.
6. Smoking is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate $200/day penalty fee. ($200 for every day of the rental period).
7. If you have not been given approval for a late checkout there will be a penalty fee of $100 starting during the first half hour and $100/hr after that.
8. No pets allowed. $200 fine if the rule is broken.
9. Swim at your own risk! Owners and property managers will not be held responsible for any accidents that may occur at the home.
10. No furniture is to be put in the swimming pool.
11. If by your fault of breaking any house rules, a scheduling conflict is caused with another guest, you may be charged the amount owing a discount or refund of said guest.
12. Repeated infractions of the house rules can result in dispatching our security team for immediate eviction with no refund. This will result in a $500 penalty additional to any applicable fees.
13. Items left at the home will require a $25 fee to ship in addition to the cost of shipment.
14. Booking your reservation is your confirmation that you have read and fully agree to the house rules.

If you moved any furniture, please place it back to its original position the way you found it. Finally, if you have used a lot of dishes it would be great if you could start the dishwasher before you leave. Thank you so much! Safe travels!
