• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Occupancy: Maximum of 6 guests (including children), per city ordinance
• Minimum Stay: One week
• Parking: Space available for up to 4 vehicles
• Pet Policy: Dog-friendly for one dog up to 25 lbs (breed restrictions apply). A non-refundable fee of $150 applies for the first week, plus $50 per additional week. Please contact the office prior to booking to confirm eligibility.
• Pool Heat: Recommended year-round due to natural shade; fees are applied automatically for online bookings and adjusted for longer stays.
