We're thrilled to welcome you for your upcoming stay! Your respect and consideration for our home and neighbors are greatly appreciated. To ensure a harmonious stay and the safety of our property, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following guidelines:

Occupancy Limit: Please maintain the same number of guests as your reservation not to exceed (8) throughout your stay to ensure safety and comfort. Exceeding this limit may result in immediate removal without refund.

Respectful Conduct: Quite hours are 10pm – 8am. While enjoying your time here, please be mindful that you are vacationing in a residential neighborhood. Please be a good neighbor by not making excessive noise or engaging in boisterous behavior, especially after 10pm. Such behavior can deprive your neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their homes. Any sound that is audible beyond the property lines of the vacation rental unit is regulated by Section 20-5(b) of the City Sound Ordinance and that violation of the Sound Ordinance could result in finds to the occupants.

Bad Weather: Our cancellation policy will remain in effect for weather-related events, including hurricanes or storms. We strongly encourage guests to purchase trip insurance to protect against unexpected disruptions. Designated responsible person (Host/CoHost) has the right to evacuate guest from vacation rental to nearby City/County shelters for safety due to hurricanes.

Indoor Furniture: Keep inside furniture within the house to maintain its condition.

Outdoor Furniture: Similarly, outdoor furniture should remain outdoors for your comfort and convenience.

Plumbing Consideration: Kindly use caution with plumbing - only flush toilet paper, and pour liquids down the disposal due to sensitive plumbing.

Pets Policy: Small dogs under 20lbs are permitted with prior approval. Please disclose your pet before your stay. As responsible pet owners, Guests agree to accept full and complete responsibility for any personal injury or property damage caused by the dog or suffered by any person during Guests’ stay at Coastal on Hyde. Kindly use our crate to crate pet when left alone in Coastal on Hyde.

Property Care: Certain areas such as the owner's closet and backyard gates are off-limits for guests' use to ensure the safety of the property.

Smoking/Vaping Prohibition: Smoking/Vaping is strictly prohibited indoors and within the premises, and a penalty fee will be imposed for violations of $200.00 / per day of reservation.

Late Checkout and Additional Guests: Any extensions beyond the agreed checkout time or additional guests must be pre-approved and may incur additional fees.

House Rule Compliance: Failure to comply with house rules can result in penalties, eviction, and additional charges for any damages or disturbances caused.

Left Items: Any items left behind will incur shipping fees for their return.

Climate Control: During Florida's warmer months, please keep doors, windows, and shades closed to maintain a comfortable indoor temperature.

Pool Policy: Swim at your own risk! Homeowner and property manager are not responsible for any accidents that occur on the property including the pool and pool area. For safety, we recommend bringing your own life vest to ensure a proper fit and suitable for your individual needs, especially if they are for children or non-swimmers in your group. For your safety and the safety of others, please be advised that our property is equipped with a pool alarms. The pool alarms are intended as an additional safety measure, and we ask that you ensure it remains activated whenever the pool is or not in use. By booking this property, you agree to use the pool alarm responsibly and acknowledge that it does not replace close adult supervision.

Pool Heat: This property is equipped with pool heat. Heat is turned on from November through April and is included with your stay at no extra costs during these months. The FL sunshine does an incredible job at warming the pool for stays outside of these months. Any request for pool heat outside of these months will be considered individually and will incur an extra fee of $25 a day with a minimum of 5 days. With the exception of the SPA portion which can be heated all year round with no extra cost.

Guest is identified as the person or persons making and paying for a fully booked reservation in AIRBNB Platform.

Host/CO Host are the property managers for the listed property on the AIRBNB Platform.
