Practical information for your visit: Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. This is a smoke-free property with a 25-year minimum age restriction for renters. Per Sarasota City rules, accommodations must be for a minimum stay of 7 nights.

This is a dog-friendly home with a two-dog limit; dogs must be disclosed and an additional $250 plus tax nonrefundable fee is required prior to arrival. Please note that while a propane tank is provided for the BBQ, refills are the guest's responsibility, and the grill must be cleaned upon departure to avoid a $56 fee. For stays of 30 nights or longer, a $1,500 deposit is collected, with specific cancellation policies applying based on the timeframe of the request. A Ring doorbell is located at the front entry for security.
