In order to prevent noise complaints, this home is equipped with Smart Home noise monitoring sensors and smoking detectors. Owner and guest will be alerted to high noise levels during quiet hours. This is used to prevent late night parties and excessive noise overnight, not to deter you from having fun with your guests or have a good time while visiting Columbus. There are outdoor cameras at the front door, back door, and above the garage for your safety. If there are any noise violations, we always work to contact you first to resolve the issue prior to any escalation.

• Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community not a hotel, and is also my home when I stay in Columbus, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. (Respect our property and our things)

We cannot wait to welcome you!
