Nestled on a wooded hillside lot off a secluded township road in Logan, Ohio, this custom retreat offers a peaceful sanctuary just minutes from the region's most celebrated attractions.

This spacious 1,800 square foot residence is thoughtfully designed for privacy, featuring 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with one bedroom and bath located on each floor. The sleeping arrangements include three Queen beds across the bedrooms and an additional full-size bed located in the Game Room, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests.

The interior exudes luxury and comfort. The main level boasts a great room with a vaulted ceiling, impressive log gables, and a gas fireplace with a stone chimney. An upscale, fully stocked kitchen features an island, two refrigerators, and a dishwasher, flowing into a dining room with a high-top table that seats eight. For entertainment, the lower level offers a walkout Game Room equipped with foosball, while the loft escape provides a private sanctuary perfect for a couple.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the property, with over 1,200 square feet of covered decks. Relax on the front deck in locally-built red cedar swings and gliders, or head to the rear deck to enjoy the 8-person covered hot tub (new in 2024), a Weber gas grill, and yard games. At the ground level, a fire pit with ample seating invites evening gatherings under the stars.

Located just 4 miles from Old Man's Cave and Cedar Falls, and 8 miles from Lake Logan State Park, the cabin is ideally positioned for exploration. During the holiday season from Thanksgiving through January, the cabin is decorated "over the top" with festive trees and linens to create a lifelong family tradition.
