Within this home, you will find a family room, formal dining area, a sun room, and a screened-in porch. The master suite is particularly spacious, featuring its own living area with a couch and a queen-sized bed, along with sliding doors that open directly onto the back deck.

Complementing the main house is a thoughtfully designed 250 sqft tiny house. This cozy space includes an efficiency kitchen, a full bathroom, and a living area complete with an electric fireplace and a pivoting mounted TV. The tiny house also boasts a private deck offering the best views on the property.

Outdoor living is a highlight here, with guests enjoying access to a hot tub, grill, and fire pit, all of which provide stunning mountain views.

Nestled in a rural setting just outside Asheville city limits, the property offers peace and quiet while remaining conveniently close to local attractions. You are only 5 minutes from the grocery store, 10 minutes from the Asheville Outlet Mall, and 20 minutes from the Biltmore Estate or downtown Asheville. While the area is rural, there are a few neighbors nearby, and the driveway is shared with two of them. Parking is ample, with space for four cars at the main house, one at the tiny house, and additional room for two cars in the grass if needed.
