In the main house, three bedrooms offer king-sized beds with balcony access and Smart TVs, while a fourth bedroom provides two queen-sized bunk beds and a twin bed. The guest house contains two additional bedrooms, each equipped with a full/twin-sized bunk bed and a Smart TV. The four bathrooms include a mix of walk-in showers and shower/tub combos.

Inside, the home is built for entertainment. A chef's kitchen comes fully stocked with high-end appliances and ample cabinetry. The living room features an open floor plan, a candle-lit chandelier, and an indoor fireplace. For leisure, guests can enjoy a movie room with beanbags and a wood burner, or the game room which is packed with a pool table, ping pong, air hockey, arcade games, and a poker table. Outside, the property boasts multiple decks with mountain views, a porch swing, a fire pit, and a BBQ grill.

Located just half a mile from the Appalachian Trailhead and under 2 miles from the breathtaking Hatley Pointe Ski Resort, the location is a dream for outdoor enthusiasts.
