The top-floor primary suite is a true sanctuary with a plush king-sized bed, its own fireplace, a Roku TV, and direct deck access, along with a full ensuite bathroom featuring a double vanity and a spacious stand-in shower. The main floor hosts a guest room with a plush queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom, plus an additional half bath for convenience. On the bottom floor, you will find a third bedroom with a queen bed and Roku TV, and a fourth bedroom equipped with three twin bunk beds. A full hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo serves this level. For extra flexibility, the loft offers a full-size daybed and four twin-size flip chairs.

Entertainment and relaxation are woven into every room. The living area is bathed in natural light and features a large sofa, a 70" Roku TV, a fireplace, and a pool table. For more fun, the additional space includes a foosball table and a keyboard. • Rules: Primary guest must be at least 21 years old. Absolutely no parties allowed. Maximum occupancy is 10 guests at all times.

• Vehicle: A high-clearance SUV or AWD/4WD vehicle is strongly recommended year-round.
• Security: Five exterior Ring cameras are located on each corner of the home to monitor the cleaning team.
