Practical Information & Rules: Check-in is available at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. To book this listing, the primary guest must be at least 21 years old. Please be aware that pets are not allowed, though other pet-friendly options in the area are available upon request. For your safety, 4WD is highly recommended during inclement weather.

Additional policies include a non-smoking rule and the presence of one exterior Ring camera. Guests are asked not to move or adjust the fireplace logs to ensure safe operation; any required service calls due to tampering will be the guest's responsibility.

To ensure a secure stay, a guest verification process must be completed within 48 hours of booking. Prior to arrival, guests must sign a Rental Agreement, provide a government-issued ID, and a matching credit card. A non-refundable $55 damage waiver is included to protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay.
