• Rules: Non-smoking property ($500 fine). No parties or disruptive behavior; occupancy must not exceed 6 persons ($1,000 fine and immediate eviction).
• Pets: Pet-friendly with a $50 fee per pet per stay. Owners must pick up waste; a $100 removal fee applies for waste left in the yard.
• Note: The pool is not heated. Please be cautious of the capped gas line located by the side door near the gate.
