To ensure a smooth stay, please note the following practical information and house rules. Check-in is available between 4:00 PM and 11:00 PM, with check-out scheduled for 11:00 AM. A signed Rental Agreement is required for all guests. This property is pet-friendly; however, a $75 non-refundable pet fee applies. This fee is not included in the initial booking payment and must be paid separately to Towns Property Management, Inc. prior to arrival. Please be aware that the property manager reserves the right to cancel reservations without a refund if this payment is not received before check-in.
