• Check-out: 10:00 AM (Late check-out fees apply if cleaning crews are delayed)
• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to respect the neighbors
• Pets: Dogs are welcome with a fee of $25 per dog per night. Pets must remain off all beds, chairs, and couches to avoid extra cleaning charges. Undisclosed pets will incur a $50 fee per night.
• Policies: No parties; visitors must be approved by the host. Absolutely no smoking inside (including cigars and paraphernalia) to avoid a $200 ozone cleaning fee. No illegal activities or weapons permitted on the property.
