Designed with a thoughtful split-floor plan for added privacy, the home comfortably accommodates up to six guests. The sleeping arrangements include three bedrooms and two bathrooms: the primary suite features a king bed, a second guest bedroom also offers a king bed, and the third guest bedroom is equipped with two twin beds. For entertainment, Smart TVs are located in both king bedrooms and the living room. Guests can also enjoy a separate family room, providing a cozy spot for reading, conversation, or a friendly game at the game table.

The home is designed for effortless living. The fully equipped kitchen includes a crockpot, hand mixer, and an extensive selection of cookware, allowing you to prepare meals with ease. You can enjoy dining indoors in the dedicated dining area or take your meals al fresco by the pool.

The true highlight of the property is the private outdoor oasis. Spend your days lounging beside the large heated pool on comfortable chaise lounges or preparing a feast on the gas barbecue. The expansive backyard provides plenty of room for outdoor activities, including volleyball and badminton.

Located just minutes from the stunning beaches of Anna Maria Island, guests can easily explore the coast using the island's free trolley. Other nearby attractions include IMG Academy (10 minutes away) and the Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport (20 minutes away). The surrounding area is perfect for outdoor recreation, with nearby parks featuring scenic biking trails and disc golf.
