The interior is designed for relaxation and comfort, featuring a single bedroom with a large and comfortable king size bed and fresh linens to ensure a restful night. For additional guests, the living room includes a sofa bed, allowing the home to accommodate up to 3 guests. The living space is characterized by stunning exposed white washed brick and new floors, creating a bright and airy ambiance. Guests can enjoy a freshly updated tile bathroom and shower, as well as a pleasant dining area located within the living room.

While the residence is a private second-floor unit, it is part of a 4-unit property. Guests have exclusive access to the interior of the home, including a fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals and a washer and dryer located in the basement for convenience.

The neighborhood is perfect for those who love to explore on foot, with local eateries, taverns, wine shops, and coffee houses all within walking distance. Practical details for your stay include a smooth self check-in process via a secure, personalized code at the private side entrance. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Street parking is available; please park on the right side of the property along 20th Street or in the shared spots behind the building to ensure local residents have space in front of their homes.

To maintain the quality of the home, there is a strict no-smoking policy on the premises, including the shared backyard, deck, and porch areas. Pets are not allowed, and events or parties are prohibited. Only guests listed on the booking are permitted on the property.
