Number of Guests. Please check that the number of overnight guests on your reservation is correct before booking. If you plan on having any additional guests or visitors at the property, please ask us in advance. We prefer not to have more than 6 people on the property at any time.

Kitchen. If you cook or use dishes, we expect you to wash them, or start the dishwasher before you check out.

Noise. The outdoor patio is private and fenced in, but it is very close to several of our neighbors' back yards and bedroom windows. After 9pm, we expect no outdoor music, quiet conversations, etc.

Supplies. We typically provide enough consumable supplies for about a week. If you need more, please let us know!

Booking Requirements. To minimize the risk of parties, we have a policy not to host anyone who already lives in the Columbus area. If you acknowledge in your messages to us that you have read this, and you provide your reason for booking, we will gladly consider making an exception!

Trash and Recycling. For guests staying 7 nights or longer, you will need to move the trash and recycling bins down to the front curb to be picked up. The pickup is usually Friday morning, so bins will need to be moved down on Thursday and moved back up on Friday.

Pet fees: One-time additional fee of $100 per dog, $50 per cat. Pet fees will be collected through the Airbnb Resolution Center and are due within 24 hours of booking. This pet fee is non-refundable.

Changes and Alterations: The cancellation policy that is in place at the time of booking will also apply to requests to move dates or shorten stays (we may not issue refunds for short-notice changes unless we have reasonable time to re-rent those dates).

Long Stay Discounts: To receive weekly and monthly discounts, guests must book the full term (7 nights or 28 nights) at the time of the initial booking. Dates that are added to existing stays will be charged at the published rate at the time of the alteration request (e.g. a 6-night stay that is later extended to 7 nights will not be eligible for the weekly discount). Stays that are booked with weekly or monthly discounts and then later shortened will be recalculated without the discount.

Special Rules for Monthly Stays For monthly stays (30 nights or more), our guests will be required to sign a lease agreement over email. We also require an additional security deposit to be paid directly to us (collected through the Airbnb Resolution Center). This deposit may vary depending on the length of stay, number of guests, and pets, but will not exceed the total monthly rental rate. We can provide a copy of this lease agreement on request. We will provide about one week of consumable supplies (coffee, toilet paper, etc.); you will be on your own to restock after that. If you would prefer for us to arrange housekeeping and/or laundry services, we can do that, but ask that you cover the cost of those services.
