Designed to accommodate up to 8 guests, the home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements include a primary suite with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom featuring a garden tub. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, and the third bedroom provides a twin-over-full bunk bed along with a twin pull-out cushion suitable for a child. Each bedroom is equipped with its own Smart TV. The primary bathroom currently does not have a shower, though one is planned for the future; meanwhile, the shared guest bathroom features a vessel sink and a beautifully tiled walk-in shower.

Inside, you will find a bright, open-concept living space with comfortable seating and a large Smart TV. The recently updated kitchen is a highlight, boasting granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and all the essentials for meal preparation. For added convenience, the home includes a spacious dining area and a dedicated laundry room.

Step outside to your private backyard oasis, featuring a screened-in heated pool and outdoor living area. You can relax poolside, dine at the large outdoor table, or use the gas grill for al fresco meals. In the evenings, charming string lights create a magical atmosphere. Please note the waterway is not accessible for boats and does not connect to open water.
