The bathroom is finished with designer fixtures and a tub/shower combo, with towels and a hairdryer provided for your convenience.

This fully equipped galley-style space features a gas oven and hood, dishwasher, disposal, coffee grinder, coffee makers, toaster, and blender. • Guests must be 25 years or older to book
• No smoking or recreational drugs permitted on the premises
• No parties, events, or excessive noise (Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
• Only registered guests are permitted on the property
• Pet-friendly (dogs only) with prior authorization: Max 2 pets, combined weight limit of 60 lbs. A fee of $25 per pet, per night applies. Please note the yard is not fully fenced and pets must remain off the furniture.
• A signed Rental Agreement is required upon booking confirmation.
