Designed to comfortably host two guests, the suite features one bedroom with a king-sized bed enveloped in plush, high-quality linens for a restful night's sleep and one private bathroom. The space is thoughtfully appointed with a sparkling bathroom stocked with fresh towels and bath essentials, blending functionality with style. For those needing to stay productive, the room includes an inviting dedicated workspace ensuring seamless connectivity, while a cozy TV corner provides the perfect spot to unwind after an adventure-filled day.

Indoor-outdoor living is at the heart of this experience. Guests have access to a private patio perfect for sizzling BBQs and serenity-filled evenings around the fire pit under a star-studded Appalachian sky. Inside, an equipped kitchenette—featuring a microwave, mini-fridge, hot plate, coffee maker, and cooking basics—offers the freedom of self-catering.

Beyond the suite, you have the unique chance to interact with our charming farm inhabitants in designated areas, including horses (like Sugar, Peanut, and Barn Jovi), donkeys, emus, goats, cats, rabbits, geese, ducks, and chickens. As this is a working farm, guests may encounter some bugs; however, we clean thoroughly and provide bug spray for your convenience.

Patton Avenue and downtown Asheville are within a 12-15 minute journey. • Pets: Allowed (Standard fee of $20 per dog per night; undisclosed pets incur $50 per night. Pets must stay off furniture)
• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM
• Policies: No parties, no smoking inside ($200 cleaning fee for violations), and no weapons or illegal activities
• Requirements: A signed Vacation Rental Agreement and ID verification via Happy Guest are required per the North Carolina Vacation Rental Act
