Please note that only one parking pass is provided per HOA regulations; guests with multiple vehicles should contact the host for instructions. Linens are provided for the king bed only unless more than two guests are booked; please notify the host if linens are needed for pull-out sofas. Be aware that the HOA performs professional pest control on the first Friday of every month. No refunds are provided for inclement weather, power/wifi outages, or rule violations.
