Two additional guest bedrooms are each furnished with a queen bed, while the fourth bedroom provides two twin beds, making it ideal for children or guests who prefer their own sleeping space.

Outside, the backyard serves as the central hub for relaxation after a day in the sun. Guests can enjoy a gas grill for cookouts and a game of cornhole in the afternoon. A dedicated beach gear shed is stocked with umbrellas, chairs, and toys, allowing you to simply grab what you need and head to the shore. For entertainment indoors, the large living area includes a 55" smart TV for movie nights.

Located in the heart of Bradenton Beach, the property is a short stroll from Bridge Street's vibrant restaurants, bars, and live music. The free Anna Maria Island trolley stops nearby, offering effortless access to the full length of the island without having to move your car. The home also provides parking for up to two vehicles, as well as dedicated boat and jet ski parking.

Practical details include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. Pets are welcome with a $150 non-refundable fee, though please note there is no fenced yard. A one-week minimum stay is required. Final payments are due 60 days prior to arrival via personal check or Echeck (with a $1.00 processing fee), or by credit card with a 3% fee on the balance due.
