About Property

Discover the perfect coastal escape at Anna's Cottage, a bright teal haven in Bradenton Beach, Florida, that blends the soul of Old Florida with completely renovated modern comforts. Tucked behind a charming white fence and shaded by swaying palms, this rare find puts you in the middle of everything while maintaining a peaceful, private atmosphere.

This inviting home features 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The interior is an open, light-filled living area characterized by white shiplap walls and ceilings. A transformed kitchen serves as the heart of the home, boasting quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar with seating for four, making it an ideal spot for a morning coffee or an evening cocktail. All three bedrooms are equipped with queen beds dressed in fresh white linens, ceiling fans, and wall-mounted flat-screen TVs. The primary bedroom offers the added luxury of an en-suite bath with a rain shower and marble-look vanity, while a second full bathroom with a rain shower serves the remaining bedrooms.

The outdoor spaces are where this cottage truly shines. Relax on the shaded and private screened porch, which includes a dining table for six and lounge seating. Beyond the porch, you will find a fenced yard where your dog has plenty of room to run. The backyard is further enhanced by Adirondack chairs surrounding a stone fire pit, set beneath tropical plantings and palm trees. A gas BBQ grill and an outdoor shower complete the exterior amenities, ensuring you have everything needed after a long day at the beach.

Location is everything at Anna's Cottage. The Gulf is located directly across the street, and the historic Bradenton Beach Pier is just two blocks away. One block puts you at Bridge Street, where you can enjoy local restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, ice cream, and mini-golf.
