This spacious residence is designed for comfort, featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 4 guests. The interior boasts an open living area and a plush primary suite where you can truly unwind. For those who love to cook, the sparkling full kitchen is equipped with generous counter space and plenty of handy extras to help you whip up delicious meals. To make your beach vacation even easier, the home includes a private washer/dryer and provided beach gear.

While the property provides a serene escape, please be aware that the Water View complex is currently undergoing important restoration and improvement work to enhance the guest experience. This project includes updates to balconies, walkways, building exteriors, and stairways. During your stay, you may encounter occasional daytime construction noise, visible work zones, and changes to walkway access routes. There may be temporary closures of balconies or other outdoor areas. Additionally, the elevator in the West Building is currently down until further notice. Should the pool, hot tub, or parking areas at Water View be closed, access to these facilities will be provided at Quiet Waters.
