This one-level home is designed for relaxation and features 2 bedrooms, 2 king beds, and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. The master suite is a highlight, boasting a new comfy king size bed, a private deck with chairs for morning coffee in the crisp air, and a master bath featuring a new tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom is equally inviting with its own comfy king size bed and a private bath.

Living spaces are designed to showcase the surroundings. The step-down great room is wrapped in floor-to-ceiling windows that frame fabulous mountain views. Throughout the home, you will find wood floors, a wood-burning fireplace, and the added comfort of central heat and air. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops, provides everything needed for a gourmet dinner. For entertainment, guests can enjoy a 50” Smart TV in the great room and master bedroom, as well as a 42” Smart TV in the second bedroom.

Located just minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, guests have effortless access to the Biltmore House and Gardens in Asheville, the Cherokee Indian Reservation, and Harrah’s Casino. Adventure awaits with whitewater rafting, snow skiing on Cataloochee Mountain, and explorations of the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Local highlights include gem mining, championship golf, and the wonderful treat of viewing elk in Cataloochee Valley.
