This spacious home comfortably houses up to ten guests with a thoughtful layout featuring 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements are designed for both privacy and togetherness:

• Bedroom 1: Primary King Bedroom with an ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower
• Bedroom 2: Queen Bedroom
• Bedroom 3: Queen Bedroom
• Bedroom 4: Full over Full Bunk Bed
• Second Full Bathroom: Tub/shower combo

The heart of the retreat is a fully-equipped kitchen, perfect for whipping up delectable meals or sharing a leisurely breakfast before a day of adventure. Every bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV to ensure guests can unwind in their own private space.

Outside, the property transforms into a hub of recreation. The standout feature is the amazing pool surrounded by shaded lounge chairs, allowing you to bask in the serene ambiance of your private retreat. The fenced-in yard further extends the living space with a variety of entertainment options, including a private sand volleyball court, a gas fire pit with seating, cornhole, a pool table, a poker table, ping pong, and a collection of board games. A charcoal grill is also available for outdoor dining.

Located in a residential area of Palm Harbor, this home is strategically situated just 4 miles from the beautiful Honeymoon Island, where you can enjoy leisurely walks along the shoreline and soak in the sunsets. Uber and Lyft are reliable modes of transportation for exploring the area.

Practical Information:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Age Requirement: Primary guest must be over 25 years old
• Pet Policy: Dog friendly; up to 2 dogs allowed for a $125 pet fee
• Family Amenities: Pack 'n Play and high chair provided
• House Rules: Absolutely no parties allowed. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM. The property uses an exterior Minut noise device and security cameras (front door and sides) for safety and neighborhood respect.
• Please note: The pool is not heated but warms naturally during summer months.

To ensure a secure stay, a guest verification process is required within 48 hours of booking, and a signed Rental Agreement along with a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card are required prior to arrival. A non-refundable $55 damage waiver is included to protect against accidental, self-reported damage.
