A second full bathroom with a walk-in shower is conveniently located in the hallway for guest use.

At the heart of the home is a chef's kitchen that is perfect for entertaining, fully-equipped with an electric range, filtered coffee maker, kettle, and a large island with seating stools. The living room is bathed in natural lighting and provides ample relaxation space with four sofas and a smart TV. Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The primary guest must be at least 25 years of age to book. Please note that pets are not allowed. For security, one exterior camera is located at the front door. Guests are required to complete a verification process within 48 hours of booking and sign a Rental Agreement. A non-refundable $55 damage waiver is included to protect against accidental, self-reported damage.
