This 1,680 sqft one-story residence is thoughtfully configured to accommodate up to 8 guests. The sleeping arrangements include a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, a queen-sized bed in the second master bedroom, and two full beds in a bunk bed setup within the third bedroom. All beds feature comfy mattresses, plush pillows, down-alternative comforters, and ultra-soft linens. The home also includes 2 bathrooms to serve your group.

Guests will be charged in full for any damages or for any violations of the house rules below.

Check-in is at 4 pm. Checkout is at 10 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be available upon request for a fee. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses, up to $75 per hour after 10 am.

Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including on balconies and in shared spaces. Smoking violations are subject to a $1,000 fine, which includes the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages.

Commercial business work without written consent, illegal activity, and possession of firearms are strictly prohibited.

Overnight guests and non-overnight guests who are visiting that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed unless the reservation guest count has been updated to include them, up to the maximum occupancy limit.

Pets must be disclosed on the reservation guest count in the platform and approved in advance. No cats. Please note that the pet fee must be paid in order for the check-in instructions to be released. Undisclosed pets will be charged at $200 per day. You are responsible for picking up after any pet brought to the property.

Guests are responsible for covering the cost, which is $150 per item, to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.

We may use video surveillance in public areas. Noise detecting technology may be used inside the property in non-private spaces to monitor excessive noise levels. Noise detecting technology does not record audio. Tampering with these devices is strictly prohibited.

Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to customer service.

All guests must complete our verification process using our verification portal prior to checking in.

Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses, and may be removed from the property.
