This stylish residence is designed to accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably. The layout features 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, configured with one King hybrid bed and two Queen hybrid beds. For additional guests, the sunroom provides a queen-size sofa bed. The master suite is particularly well-equipped with a dresser, desk, chair, and a spacious walk-in closet.

Guests can enjoy a modern lake house vibe featuring two comfortable living spaces, including a sectional sofa from Article and a sitting area with views of the pool. The home is fully equipped for convenience and entertainment with a 55" Smart TV and multiple 4k TVs throughout the bedrooms (please bring your own streaming logins as no cable package is provided). A highlight for coffee lovers is the fully stocked coffee bar, featuring a drip coffee maker, pod brewer, and a 34oz stainless steel French press, complete with various syrups and coffee options.

Practical Details: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The primary renter must be at least 21 years old and provide a government ID and pre-arrival form. Pets are welcome with a fee of $25 per pet per night (or $195 per pet for monthly stays). Stays of 28 nights or longer require a signed rental agreement and a refundable $150 security deposit. Please note that a $15 per person charge applies for guests beyond the 5th person. To protect the property's infrastructure, parking is strictly prohibited in the front or side yards due to the septic tank and drain field. Noiseaware devices and Ring cameras are on site for security.
