Practical details include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 11:00 AM. Guests will receive full check-in instructions the day before arrival. Please note the following house rules: pets are not allowed, and there is a strict no-smoking policy inside the unit (violations incur a $500 fee). Parties or gatherings exceeding the booked guest count are prohibited. Quiet hours begin at 11:00 PM.
