Please note that the second bedroom was a converted study space; it utilizes blackout curtains for privacy separation from the living area and does not have a solid door. For additional sleeping flexibility, a plush 18" queen-sized air mattress is provided. Both bedrooms include large walk-in closets, and the spacious bathroom is equipped with dual sinks and a tub.

Check-in is at 4 pm. Checkout is at 10 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be available upon request for a fee. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses, up to $75 per hour after 10 am.

Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including on balconies and in shared spaces. Smoking violations are subject to a $1,000 fine, which includes the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages.

Commercial business work without written consent, illegal activity, and possession of firearms are strictly prohibited.

Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed.

Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a fine totaling $1,000. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.

Guests are responsible for covering the cost, which is $150 per item, to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.

We may use video surveillance in public areas. Noise detecting technology may be used inside the property in non-private spaces to monitor excessive noise levels. Noise detecting technology does not record audio. Tampering with these devices is strictly prohibited.

Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to customer service.

All guests must complete our verification process using our verification portal prior to checking in.

Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses, and may be removed from the property.
