Situated in a quiet and serene family neighborhood, you can enjoy a relaxing atmosphere away from the constant hustle and bustle of the city. Despite the tranquility, you are only 20 minutes away from Downtown Austin. This puts you within easy reach of a city world-famous for its music scene and burgeoning food culture, offering a tremendous amount of sightseeing, shopping, dining, and outdoor adventures. Please note that since the home is in a suburban area, a car is almost a must, though Uber, Lyft, and taxis are all viable options for getting around.

• Check-in: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Pets: Not allowed
• Shoes: We kindly ask that you remove your shoes while inside the home (bunny slippers are welcome!).
• Guest Policy: No unauthorized guests are allowed. A $200 fee will be assessed for each unauthorized guest.
• Additional Fees: An additional guest fee of $20 per person per night applies after the first 4 guests.
