A second full bathroom with a tub/shower combination is conveniently located next to bedrooms 2 and 3.

The heart of the home is an open-concept living and dining area centered around a large sectional and a smart TV, with a dining table that seats four. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric range, dishwasher, full-size fridge, and both Keurig and drip coffee makers. For longer stays, a dedicated laundry room with a full washer, dryer, iron, and board makes maintenance easy. Central heat with an Ecobee thermostat ensures a cozy atmosphere throughout the winter.

Outdoor living is a highlight, featuring a covered front concrete patio with a propane grill and a backyard fire pit with seating for six. The stone driveway is spacious enough for 2–3 vehicles or a truck and boat/trailer. Boaters will appreciate the exterior outlet for charging beside the AC unit (please bring your own long extension cord).

Cedar Point is approximately 20 miles away, while downtown Port Clinton's shops, Gideon Owen Winery, and Twin Oast Brewing are all within a short drive.

• Important Notes: The home is near active train tracks; light sleepers may wish to bring earplugs. The property borders a cemetery, ensuring no neighbors on one side and a quiet backyard. A Ring doorbell camera monitors the front patio and parking area. A starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags is provided; however, guests should bring their own coffee, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
