The home features a spacious layout with 3 bedrooms and 3 beds, comfortably accommodating up to 7 guests across 2 bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements include a luxurious King suite, two cozy rooms each with a Queen bed, and an open loft featuring a trundle bed for additional guests.

Inside, the open living area is designed for gathering, centered around a tall stone fireplace and a flat-screen TV. The interior is complemented by thoughtful details such as a jetted tub, ceiling fans, and central air for year-round comfort. The fully equipped kitchen comes prepared for any meal with both drip and Keurig coffee makers, while indoor and outdoor dining options allow you to choose your setting. Step outside to the covered deck to enjoy the scenic surroundings, complete with a gas grill for al fresco dining.

Located within the Trillium Links & Lake Club community, guests have the opportunity to apply for seasonal access (typically May through November) to premium amenities including golf, a fitness center, pool, and tennis courts. Please note that club amenity access is not included in the reservation; fees are paid directly to the club and guests must apply via the Guest Contact prior to arrival.

• Quiet Hours: Observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Restrictions: No smoking indoors (violators face a $1,500 fee plus treatment costs). No parties or events are permitted; violations may result in immediate removal and a $1,000 penalty.
• Guest Policy: Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
• Parking: Shared street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, comfortably accommodating up to two vehicles.
