The cabin is thoughtfully designed for comfort and flexibility, featuring 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 7 guests. Sleeping arrangements include a King Bed in the first bedroom, a second bedroom with a King Bed that can be converted into two Twin Beds, and a third bedroom featuring a Twin Daybed with a Twin Trundle. For additional versatility, a daybed is located in the loft. The interior is defined by vaulted ceilings and skylights that invite natural light into the living spaces.

Located in the heart of Sapphire Valley, guests are only 4 miles from skiing, tennis, and pools. The surrounding area offers exhilarating activities such as ziplining, whitewater rafting, and access to local golf courses. Please note that Sapphire Valley Resort access is available for a fee of $5 per person per day (3-day minimum), providing entry to the lake, hot tub, zip line, and ski slopes.

To ensure a serene experience for all, please adhere to the following house rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM; Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Quiet hours are strictly observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• No smoking indoors (violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs)
• No pets allowed
• No parties or events permitted; violations may result in immediate removal and a $1,000 penalty
• The primary guest must be at least 25 years old
• Only registered guests are permitted on the property
