This cozy getaway features 4 bedrooms with 4 beds and 2 full bathrooms. The upstairs level includes one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and a full bath with tub/shower combo. Downstairs, you'll find another king bedroom with mountain views, a bunk room perfect for children, and a large bathroom with walk-in shower. The dedicated workspace makes it ideal for remote work needs.

Relax and unwind with exceptional outdoor amenities including a private 4-person hot tub available year-round, hammock, and fire pit on the lower-level patio. The expansive deck features outdoor furniture and dining area, perfect for alfresco meals prepared on the BBQ grill. Additional outdoor highlights include the private backyard and stunning mountain and valley views.

Inside, the spacious living room boasts large windows, plush seating, and an HDTV with Netflix. The wood-burning indoor fireplace atop a stone mantle provides warmth during cool mountain nights. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances including refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric stove, oven, Keurig coffee machine, and all cooking basics. The hand-crafted dining table seats six comfortably.

Entertainment options abound with a garage game room featuring ping pong table, plus board games, books, and children's toys for all ages. Fast 250 Mbps WiFi keeps you connected, while central air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans ensure year-round comfort.

Smoky Bear Lookout sits just 5 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, offering easy access to scenic drives and hiking trails. The neighborhood provides access to a playground, pavilion, and scenic creeks.

Pets are welcome with a fee - up to two dogs under 50lbs for $99. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM with convenient keypad self check-in. Please note that gravel mountain roads require 4WD vehicles November through March due to winter conditions, and the property is not suitable for motorcycles or low-clearance vehicles. All guests must be 21+ to book, with a maximum of 6 adults as bunk beds are intended for children only. Firewood is not provided for the wood-burning stove.
